Pleasant hotel in a favourable position very close to the airport. Location really close to the mall and other eating places and downtown San Antonio and a mall and river walk. For tea or coffee visit The Cheesecake Factory nearby.

Very very bad views.

The staff here is really friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. Plus, the breakfasts are amazing with a great variety of tasty options to choose from. The location is perfect, right by the Northstar mall, so you can easily do some shopping or grab a bite to eat nearby. 🌟

Liked our rooms with a view. The hotel's staff were polite all the time. The location was central, just next door to San Antonio, the airport and good restaurants.

I was so glad that the Hearing Accessible room with king-size beds that I booked was available. The swimming pool was very clean. The breakfast was pretty decent and free.

Cookies given at the front desk were awesome!! Close to restaurants and the mall. Staff was very friendly. Lobby was really nice. Safe in room and the coffee machine were nice touches.

We greatly enjoyed the pretty decent breakfast served with almost the exact same foods. The room was extremely spacious with extra towels and the soap on the sink, as example. The location was great and comfortable for walking around a large mall.

The location is fantastic, right next to the mall. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The shared balcony adds a special touch for a wonderful vacation experience.

We didn't know how to get to the hotel. We assumed there was a shuttle but could not find out if there was. When we tried to phone the hotel we discovered that the phone number we had been given through Booked.net was the sales office, not reception, and we got an answerphone. We were stranded at the airport and had to get an unofficial lift from another hotel's shuttle. This has rather put us off using Booked.net again because it created a very difficult experience, at night, in a strange place. So, you need to put better information onto the confirmation page, indicating (a) how to find transportation to the hotel, and (b) giving the correct phone number.

The location was wonderful, being close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. The staff members were extremely kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed the room and its cozy decor.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, as you can expect from San Antonio. The property had a marvelous location very close to many kid-friendly restaurants. It's not far from the business center, airport, and areas close by. Had brand-new, beautifully decorated room with privacy as a couple. The AC and comfortable beds were great. Super breakfast was available. All the services were great.
